**Detour Maryland Avenue:

   

    Driving from Easton or the Bay Bridge:

1.  On Highway 50, cross the Choptank River Bridge.

2.  Proceed to 2nd stop light at Cedar Street.

3.  Turn right at Cedar Street.

4.  Proceed to Race Street.

5.  Turn right at Race Street.

6.  Proceed on Race Street to High Street.

7.  Cross High Street on Locust Street (Race Street becomes Locust).

8.  Proceed one block and turn right into the Dorchester Center for the Arts Parking Lot.

  

       Driving from Salisbury:

1.  On Highway 50 proceed to Cedar Street.

2.  Turn Left at Cedar Street.

3.  Proceed to Race Street.

4.  Turn right at Race Street.

5.  Proceed on Race Street to High Street.

"A Night of Improvisation"

DCA is pleased to announce an upcoming Night of Improvisation in late October. The Dorchester Drama Guild, a program of Dorchester Center for the Arts, began in January 2008, and is open to community members who are interested in theater.  Stay tuned to learn more about ticket reservations!

Dorchester Center for the Arts Celebrates 40 Years!

The Dorchester Center for the Arts (DCA) is pleased to announce that 2010 is the 40th anniversary of the organization’s founding. The Center has planned a variety of activities to commemorate the occasion throughout this coming year.

  

        To celebrate the anniversary, the Center will be recognizing the milestone at events throughout the year. Special activities will take place at Dorchester Showcase in September, and there will be an added special event held October 21.
